A Member Protection Information Officer (MPIO) provides information about the rights, responsibilities and options available to an individual making a complaint in sport. This role is impartial and doesn’t mediate or investigate complaints.

At Heffron Park Tennis Centre, the Member Protection Information Officer is Matthew Jonson, Cluster Manager.. He is the first point of contact at the club for any enquiries, concerns or complaints around any inappropriate behaviour including and not limited to abuse or harassment.
